צורת הספירלה נמצאת בהמון מקומות בטבע,
ולתפיסתי, היא גם האופן שבו שהקריירה שלנו מתפתחת.
אנחנו לפעמים מרגישים שאנחנו תקועים או הולכים במעגלים, אבל בעצם אנחנו תמיד מתקדמיםֿ.
גם אם אנחנו מגיעים לנקודות מסוימות שלכאורה היינו בהן קודם, התפיסה והפרספקטיבה שלנו הן אחרות, כמו המשפט הידוע של הרקליטוס:
"אינך יכול להכנס לאותו נהר פעמיים".
