A little bit about myself
In the last 10 years, I found myself on both sides of the job search process:
On the one hand,
As an Occupational Psychologist, Career Consultant, and Lecturer -
I advised, guided, and supported a few hundred people in various career challenges and dilemmas.
On the other hand,
As a Recruiter and Human Resources Manager, I was involved in recruiting hundreds of employees for different companies.
Moreover, I counseled employees and managers on their day-to-day jobs and took part in numerous HR initiatives and operations in building an organizational teams and cultures
